About this policy
This policy describes information handled through the Giving Payments marketing website and its pricing and demo inquiries. It does not describe the handling of donor payment information by a church or its payment processor; consult the applicable service and processor policies for those activities.
Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact details you provide, including your name, role, email address, phone number, and contact preferences. We also collect the church details, giving needs, device interests, and launch preferences you enter. Submissions include an IP address and may include campaign referral information from the page URL.
How information is used and handled
Inquiry information is stored so our team can respond, discuss pricing, arrange demonstrations, and understand interest in our services. It may also be included in internal email or team notifications through configured service providers. Website hosting, data storage, email, and notification providers process information as part of providing these functions.
Browser storage and optional tracking
The inquiry form saves an unfinished draft in your browser’s local storage so you can return to it. Campaign referral information is saved in session storage. You can remove this information using your browser’s site-data controls.
When configured, this site uses Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure visits, button clicks, inquiries, and demo bookings. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy for details and available controls.
Demo scheduling
The demo page embeds Calendly to arrange appointments and may pass campaign referral information to it. Information you enter in the scheduler is handled by Calendly as described in Calendly’s Privacy Notice.
Your choices and questions
You may choose not to submit an inquiry and can contact us directly instead. Contact us to ask about information you have submitted, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop follow-up communications. Please do not submit payment card details or other sensitive financial information through the inquiry form.
